All fees paid towards any programme, course, workshop, or mentorship offered by The Mindful Markets are non-refundable once payment has been received and access or onboarding has been initiated.

This includes but is not limited to: UTT Mastery (Annual Programme), UTT Private Mentorship, any workshops, seminars, or supplementary resources purchased through The Mindful Markets.

A refund request may be considered only if it is submitted within 48 hours of payment and prior to the commencement of any onboarding session, live class, or access to course material.

Requests received after this window, or after any programme material or session has been accessed, will not be eligible for a refund regardless of the reason.

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• — Change of mind or personal circumstances after enrolment
• — Failure to attend scheduled sessions or live classes
• — Dissatisfaction with market performance or personal trading results
• — Technical difficulties on the student's end (device, internet, or platform access)
• — Any partial completion of or withdrawal from the programme

In the unlikely event that The Mindful Markets cancels a programme before it commences, enrolled participants will be offered one of the following:

• — A full refund of the amount paid, or
• — Credit towards the next available batch or programme
